Service Agreement

Radhe Radhe Transport provides goods transportation and commission-based logistics coordination services. By placing a booking, the customer agrees to provide accurate shipment details and accept all service policies.

Booking & Shipment Details

Customers must provide correct and complete information regarding: Radhe Radhe Transport is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipment details.

Prohibited & Restricted Goods

Customers must not transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or restricted materials. Radhe Radhe Transport reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate transport regulations.

Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper packaging of goods. We are not liable for damages caused by:

  • Poor or inadequate packaging

  • Leakage or breakage due to packaging failure

  • Improper labeling of fragile or sensitive items

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Transportation charges are based on shipment details, distance, and vehicle type.

  • Final pricing may change if shipment details differ from those provided during booking.

  • Payments must be completed as per agreed payment terms.

Delivery & Transit Time

We aim to provide timely delivery; however, transit times may vary due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Mechanical or operational issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Insurance & Liability

  • Goods are transported at the customer’s risk unless insurance is specifically arranged.

  • Customers are advised to insure valuable or fragile goods.

  • Radhe Radhe Transport is not liable for loss or damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or uncontrollable events.
